It may be annoying for both drivers and passengers when plans change. We have made sure that a cancellation charge is in place so that drivers are adequately rewarded for their time when committing to a journey.
When will a cancellation fee be charged?
If a passenger cancels trip after the driver has reached the location, then a charge of Rs.75/- is levied on the passenger.
You will be marked as a no-show and charged the cancellation fee of 50/- if the driver waits longer than 20 minutes at the pickup spot.
How do you pay off your cancellation fee?
The trip cancellation charge would show up as an outstanding payment that needs to be settled before you can book your subsequent trip. We provide you the option to add the outstanding payment to the current ride cost when you book a new ride, so you may get on with the booking process without too much difficulty.
What can you do if a cancellation fee was applied to you unfairly?
You can raise a concern with our support team by sending an email to support@ohmlogistics.com if you believe that you have been unfairly charged a cancellation fee as a result of circumstances that were out of your control, such as the driver cancelling the trip or if you are unable to reach the driver.

Before clicking the "Confirm" button, always double-check where you want to be picked up on the map. Both you and your driver will benefit from precisely pinning your position. /p>
You are equipped for your ride.
When your driver is on the way, we let you know. Our driver partners make every effort to get to the pickup spot a few minutes before the appointed time. Prepare to board the vehicle when it shows up.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation charges are levied as per policy. If any unavoidable extrodinary circumstance arises then the refund decision will be on the discretion of the management. If any refund applicable, it will refund to your account on 5 to 7 Business days.
Every effort is made on the part of our drivers to get to your pickup spot earlier than expected. It's a good habit for riders to be on time for a booked journey.
Additionally, an effective dispatch enables us to provide you with a more affordable and dependable journey. In order to help in this endeavour, riders will be charged a small waiting fee of 2/- per minute if the driver waits longer than 20 minutes at the pickup site or 2 minutes at an intermediate stop during a multi-stop excursion.
Your driver shows up at the pick-up spot. When they arrive, you receive a push notice informing you of their presence.
The driver-partner will hold off on picking you up for 20 minutes beyond the original pickup time.
A waiting fee of 75/- will be assessed if the ride is not started within 20 minutes.
You reach a halt in the middle. When you arrive, a push notification notifying you of your arrival asks you to return within two minutes.
After arriving, the driver's companion will wait for two minutes.
Waiting fee charges will begin to accrue after two minutes if the ride is not picked up, and they will keep accruing until the ride is picked up.
The driver will phone you to ask if you're returning after a total wait time of 20 minutes, and if not, the trip will be terminated if necessary. Up to the driver's departure, you will be charged for waiting.
